My husband was broken down on the side of the freeway after making a 1900 mile cross country trip while pulling an airstream. Serpentine belt and pulleys had broken. Did a Google Search and found ETR, and it was the best thing ever!!! Spoke with Angel at 3:45 p.m., told him what the problem was gave him the diagnostics, he said he would pick up the parts and be on his way. He arrived properly, was professional, and knocked it out the park. My husband was back on the road before 6:45 p.m. If you are looking for a good, knowledgeable, reliable, well priced service, this is your guy. I am definitely saving his number to my phone, and will be using him again in the future.

We had an air brake leak while out on a run and ETR's mobile service was able to get to our guy in Pasadena in an hour. Within minutes he found the leak, the part just wasn't tightened properly during a previous repair by Velocity Truck Center. It's amazing that ETR had our truck up and running within 1 1/2 hours! I didn't have to call a single customer to reschedule them....you guys are my hero!
